My StoryI went from being a sporty Business Student to become a chubby Stress-Eater after transitioning into the life as an overworked Auditing Assistant (2015).

It wasn't for me. So I quit, travelled the world, found Yoga, tried Meal Replacement Shakes with great success, came back Home and became a passionate Yoga Teacher (2018).Through disciplined daily Yoga practices, Intermittent Fasting, Mindfulness, Breathwork and a Plant Based Diet I got in the best shape I ever was.

When I became pregnant in 2021 I kept teaching Yoga and Meditation Classes almost daily and a Plant Based Diet, - all of which I believe helped me experience a healthy pregnancy and a healthy lean post-partum body (Jan 2022).During that time I conducted 60+ interviews and consultations with Women who were stress-eating.I thought I had finally mastered my Diet and ended Stress-Eating for Good.

Until I became a Mom.The huge amount of sleep deprivation, walking the stroller for miles everyday when I was supposed to rest and a Newborn screaming at me through night and day got the better of me and I started gaining weight again.I felt exhausted AF, helpless, completely dysregulated in my nervous system. And not myself anymore.I tend to food to comfort me, to give me energy and most of all, to give me a much needed break and moment of happiness. (At least, that's what I wished for.)Slowly I became a stress-eating Mom who lost control over her diet and weight. Yuck! (May 2022).This was the next level real life test: Learning to end Stress-Eating as a New Mom.It was when I signed up for a Year Long Coaching Certification in 2023 that I understood the Power and Healing of deep Inner Work (e.g. addressing and freeing suppressed emotions that cause stress-eating, clearing unconscious dysfunctional eating patterns), stopped restricting my diet, started embracing a positive self image steps, studying the female body and cycle and giving my body what it actually needs in each phase that led me to finally end Stress-Eating and stay Lean for Good. No matter what challenge the day holds. And there can be many as Mom to a Toddler.Now I am excited to share my knowledge and expertise with You, Dear Stress-Eating Mom ❤️I see You, I understand You, and I am here to help You.
